• Day 1: The Frisbee East Africa Sand Tournament (FEAST)

  The Frisbee East Africa Sand Tournament (FEAST) is an annual Ultimate Frisbee event held over the Easter weekend at the Kenyan Coast. In 2025, FEAST will take place at Kongo Beach, Diani, right in front of The Estuary.

  Tournament Overview

  FEAST is one of Africa’s premier beach Ultimate tournaments, attracting teams from across the continent, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Rwanda, Comoros, South Africa, Burundi, Congo, and beyond. The tournament fosters intense competition, sportsmanship, and community spirit in a stunning beach setting.

  Event Highlights

  • Format: 5-on-5 co-ed Ultimate Frisbee, promoting inclusivity and dynamic gameplay.
  • Schedule:
    • Matches kick off on Saturday morning with open rounds.
    • Sunday morning features playoffs, leading to the championship game in the afternoon.
  • Venue: The pristine white sands of Kongo Beach, Diani, offering breathtaking ocean views and a relaxed beach atmosphere.
  • Social Events: A legendary all-tournament party on Saturday night, with activities like beer pong, dance-offs, and the famous greased watermelon pool wrestling.

  Participation Details

  • Entry Fee: Approximately Ksh 2,500 for nOn Student and Ksh 1,500 per student player, covering:
    • Two buffet lunches
    • Drinking water
    • Shaded tents
